Amanda This is not the store cheese... you can feel better about eating Jisa Cheese. My favorites are the smoked bacon, spinach artichoke and california garlic pepper. Yum!
In 1946, Lad Jisa started a dairy farm outside of Brainard, NE with just a few Holsteins. The dairy now milks over 300 Holstein cows. Lad’s son, Dave, now operates the dairy that provides the milk for Jisa Cheese. This process allows the Jisa Family to control the inputs and quality of the cheese products they proudly serve to their consumer customers.
