Wild Plum Jelly is made from native Nebraska wild fruit. When wild plums bloom in the spring, they are very fragrant. They are handpicked in the fall. Wild plums are a little tart, but can be eaten straight from the bush. Most are picked on our ranch and the surrounding area. We search the hills, ditches, and valleys for only the best berries. Wild Plum Jelly is all natural, containing no preservatives or corn syrup. Try it on toast or in a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. But don't stop there; try it on biscuits, muffins or pancakes.
