Barb began making delicious treats in 2013 when she started the business in her kitchen. She has since passed down her recipes and techniques to her grandson, Dustin who carries the tradition on. My family loves this seasoning on pork. We us it on baby backs, and loins / chops. We have been using it for years. Put a lot on, it is not overpowering.
