Big Red Christmas by Ginger ten Bensel

Big Red Christmas is a children's book based on Ginger ten Bensel's newest holiday song. While the words are Ginger’s, the illustrations belong to her 88-year-old mother, who first began painting at the early age of 8 years old.

The team effort in this book was inspired in part by Ginger’s twin niece and nephew, as well as a fire that rocked part of downtown Cambridge, Nebraska.
