The Harris family are 4th & 5th generation Nebraskans that desire to go back to their family’s heritage of farming and ranching for a healthier and simpler life, even if it’s on a very small scale. They live on a 15-acre farm they purchased in 2013 when it was nothing but an undeveloped piece of grass pasture. Since then they have developed it into a beautiful homestead, a regenerative farm where they grow much of their own food, and a home for a few donkeys, a few horses, a flock of chickens, and a few livestock animals now and then. In addition to making natural soap & skincare products with ranch-sourced animal fats, they also grow hemp, potatoes, corn, dry beans, sweet corn, green beans, tomatoes, popcorn, and more. The bulk of their ingredients are purchased from small/regional operations, family farms and ranches, and they truly believe in supporting and partnering with other small businesses all across the USA. My family loves this seasoning on pork. We us it on baby backs, and loins / chops. We have been using it for years. Put a lot on, it is not overpowering.
The soy sauce in this marinade is too much for me. Tried it on sirloins.
