Our Lavender Co. is a mother–daughter trio—Stephanie, Peggy, and Nicole—rooted in a fourth-generation Nebraska farm where hard work and agriculture were simply part of everyday life. Founded in 2019, the business grew from a deeply personal season after Stephanie experienced postpartum depression following the birth of her second child. Encouraged by her family to return to what she loved, Stephanie began gardening again in 2018, discovering healing and renewal through growing flowers. One year later, the family rented five acres of land and began cultivating lavender on a larger scale, learning how to help it thrive in Nebraska’s climate. Today, Our Lavender Co. produces clean, organic lavender products sold online and welcomes visitors to a small storefront on their farm in Big Springs, Nebraska, where guests can experience the beauty of the lavender fields firsthand.
