Wild Plum Jelly is made from native Nebraska wild fruit. When wild plums bloom in the spring, they are very fragrant. They are handpicked in the fall. Wild plums are a little tart, but can be eaten straight from the bush. Most are picked on our ranch and the surrounding area. We search the hills, ditches, and valleys for only the best berries. Wild Plum Jelly is all natural, containing no preservatives or corn syrup.
Open since 1997 and located in the Nebraska Sandhills, Rafter 7S creates jelly the old-fashioned way - with hand-stirred small batches that contain no preservatives or corn syrup using hand-picked berries. Based in Paxton, Nebraska.
