All of the Kamut Wheat received is directly from Kamut International, and they grow it primarily in Montana, but some may come from Canada. Then Grain Place Foods grinds it into flour at their plant as well as package the whole grain into 2 LB, 25 LB, and rolled it into flakes.  

How To Cook: To cook one cup of Kamut, soak overnight then drain and add 4 cups of water, bring to a boil then simmer for 45-60 minutes. After cooking will yield 3 cups.
