After 130 versions created in the family basement, he came up with a bay rum cologne that quickly became one of the fastest-selling bay rums on the market. My family loves this seasoning on pork. We us it on baby backs, and loins / chops. We have been using it for years. Put a lot on, it is not overpowering.
The soy sauce in this marinade is too much for me. Tried it on sirloins.
