This pasta is also called campanelle or riccioli, the former of which means “little bells,” while the latter means “curls.” These noodles are an Italian inspired pasta coming from a long time family friend Chef Gisella Isidori.

For Authentic "al dente" pasta, lightly salt pot of water and bring to a boil. Add pasta and stir occasionally. Test after 9 minutes for desired tenderness. If needed allow one more minute of cooking. Pasta should have a slight firmness when bitten.
