Allen personally designs and crafts every woodworking project, blending his decades of hands-on experience with the precision of CNC technology and laser equipment to create high-quality, handcrafted pieces. His daughters, Anna and Lora, lead the company’s marketing and advertising efforts, while his wife, Sharon, manages shipping, packaging, bookkeeping, and daily operations—ensuring the business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Together, the Wilkens family brings a perfect balance of craftsmanship, creativity, and care to every piece, making each product a true testament to their passion for woodworking and family collaboration.
