Since 1984, The Meat Shoppe, Inc., founded by Rick and Judy Keller, has been a cornerstone of Nebraska catering. After 30 years of expertly managing events at the Gering Civic Center and over four decades in business, Rick and Judy retired from catering in February 2024.
