Our Lavender Co

Stephanie, Peggy and Nicole are a mother-daughter trio that makes up Our Lavender Co. Growing up on a fourth-generation family farm the daughter's spent their summer days tending to their mother's backyard vegetable garden or helping dad with 2000 acres. Farming was part of their DNA!

Our Lavender Co was birthed in 2019. After Stephanie's second child was born, like so many other women, she experienced the heavy weight of postpartum depression (PPD). There were days when it took everything she had not to call it quits, but her beautiful family rallied around her and encouraged her to start doing things she loved. So in the spring of 2018, she started gardening again. God used the simplicity of growing flowers to bring her back to life. One year later the trio convinced dad to rent them 5 acres of land so they could start growing lavender on a larger scale!

Since then, they've learned a lot about how to help lavender thrive in Nebraska climate and launched an online shop full of clean, organic lavender goods, and also opened a small storefront on their farm where people can come and experience theirlavender farm first hand. Based in Big Springs, Nebraska.
