Preparation Instructions:
Thaw Completely in refrigerator, this can take up to 36 hours. Preheat oven to 350F. Remove from plastic and cover with aluminum foil and place on a drip rack in a roasting pan. Cook at 350F for 2 hours OR until the internal temp is the following temperature for your desired level of doneness. 110F for Rare 120F for Medium Rare (recommended) 130F for Medium 150F for Well Done.
