Their story begins in Nebraska shortly after Nebraska became a state in 1867. Like many families, they stopped their trip short in the fertile Platte Valley and put down roots. Raising cattle has always been their first love but they are no stranger to raising corn to keep their cattle fed. Over the years they’ve weathered storms that both mother nature and the stock market have sent their way.
