Red Pepper beef jerky is spicy. We round out the flavor profile with a little black pepper and some brown sugar. If you’re one of those people who can’t ever have it hot enough, this would be a great “every-day” flavor. Folks with a more sensitive palate will probably find it hotter than they care to eat… for those of us in the middle…it’s probably going be on the warm side, but still enjoyable.
