Founded in 2008 in the heart of Nebraska’s Sandhills, our story is rooted in hard work and a no-nonsense approach to quality. Master roaster Jim saw that even as coffee improved in the 1990s, most beans still sat on shelves for months, losing their flavor and freshness. Determined to change that, he launched a micro-roastery dedicated to roasting in small batches and delivering coffee at its absolute peak.
