Born in Guadeloupe, a region of France, Dr. Natacha Douglas Graduated with a MBA and a Doctorate of Health Professions Education in the United States. She is a Charismatic Leader, Professional Strategist, Author, Mentor, Speaker, and Entrepreneur. She has spent most of her career in higher education, becoming one of the youngest vice presidents in higher education in the US. Her passion for her French culture is the result of founding French Crêperie to serve customers hungry for sweet and savory crêpes while creating the ultimate French crêpe experience. In 2023, she opened a restaurant featuring her crepes. Based in St. Louis, MO, her product is produced in Lincoln, NE by Heartland Gourmet.
