Shannon Helms is the owner and creative mind behind Cakin’ Care of Business®, LLC, a custom cake and dessert business rooted in passion and purpose. Her journey began in 1999 in San Diego, California, when a friend encouraged her to fill a seat in a cake decorating class. What started as a favor quickly sparked a newfound love for baking and design.
Shannon officially launched her business in 2009 and has been crafting beautiful, delicious creations ever since. Now based on her family’s ranch in Nebraska, Shannon continues to refine her skills and explore new techniques to help people celebrate life’s sweetest moments.
