Easy, Delicious Macaroni Salad Using Sabbiatos Artisanal Pasta | Simple + Quick

Looking for a quick, delicious salad to throw together for a party? We got your back! This macaroni salad only has 7 pantry ingredients and 4 steps! It can't get much better than that! 

Today we will be using Sabbiatos Pasta to create this masterpiece! Another shout out to An Affair From The Heart for providing us with this recipe! 

Who is Sabbiatos Artisanal Pasta? 

Sabbiatos is a family-owned business that stands behind the quality of its product and uses only the best ingredients locally sourced from small businesses. Based in Mullen, Nebraska.

Ingredients: 

• 1 package of preferably Sabbiatos Curvi Lisci Pasta
• 6 hard boiled eggs
• 1 cup of chopped celery 
• 1/4 cup sliced green onion 
• Salt & pepper to taste
• 2 Tbsp. yellow mustard
• 3/4 cup mayonnaise
• Optional garnish: sprinkle of chives

Directions: 

1. Cook Sabbiatos Pasta according to package directions. Rinse in cold water. 
2. Peel and chop hard boiled eggs. 
3. In a large bowl, combine noodles, celery, and green onion. Stir in mayonnaise and mustard. 
4. Salt and pepper to taste. 
5. Top with fresh chives
6. Store in refrigerator until ready to eat.
