Kylee's journey into the world of freeze-drying began with a gift—a surprise for her husband, a lover of novel foods and candies. After experiencing the crunchy thrill of freeze-dried candy, they were both hooked, and thus their adventure began with the acquisition of their first freeze-drying machine. Their initial vision was to create wholesome, natural foods, free from additives or artificial ingredients, but the enthusiasm of their taste testers guided them to explore a symphony of sweet and savory delights, including candies.
