Moist For Gluten Free!

These cupcakes were very moist for Gluten free. I enjoyed them alot.

Could have baked longer

These were so lovely when I took them out of the over. 5 min later, they were concaved and I worry that I hadn't baked them enough, even though they tested out right. They smelled more lemony than they taste. At least with the depressions in the middle, we can fill them full of frosting!
