Pam Rader I have been using Gluten Free Mama's Almond Flour and Coconut Flour Blends for quite a few years now, since before Heartland Gourmet purchased the brand. It makes the best Christmas Cinnamon Rolls and Caramel Pecan Rolls (only for Christmas since my diet does not support the decadence of these yummy rolls more often.) I use it for cookies and bars as well. It is an all around multi-purpose blend that delivers excellent results.
