Roger Welsch and Paul Fell are co writers of You Know You're A Nebraskan... Paul Fell grew up in Massachusetts but headed west to Nebraska where he married a farm girl and caught on to the way the state did things real quick. He was a cartoon artist for the Lincoln Journal Star before he pursued his luck at being his own boss. Now he has his own freelance cartooning company Paul Fell Cartoons. Roger Welsch is a professor of folklore at the University of Nebraska and a tree farmer in Howard county. He goes berserk when anyone says that all Nebraska has to offer is football. He teamed up with Fell after he did an insulting cartoon of him and figured it was the best way to get even.
