I’ve searched for a long time to find a Belgian waffle mix that delivers that distinct restaurant-quality crispness, and Heartland Gourmet Belgian Waffle Mix finally checks all the boxes. The waffles come out golden with that perfect crisp on the edges while staying soft and fluffy inside. It is the closest I have come to recreating that classic Belgian waffle taste and texture at home, and it is absolutely worth it.
