It’s like eating apple pie for breakfast (okay – I admit it, I do that too once in a while!).

When apple season arrives, it’s somewhat bitter sweet. It usually means summer is coming to an end, fall is coming with all of it’s activities and that cool, crisp air. We don’t always have apples and we don’t always want to wait for summer to transition to fall to justify transitioning to those foods that we love.
