Not Quite as Good As Homemade

I was really looking forward to the Chokecherry Jelly. Growing up in Nebraska, we picked chokecherries every year and made jelly and syrup. Most of the jelly I ate during the first twenty or so years of my life was homemade by our family.

The commercial jelly was just not quite as good. It didn't have the strong taste of the chokecherries that I remembered. I'm glad it's available because it's better than no chokecherry jelly at all. Even so, I was a little disappointed.
