Cinnamon Roll Bites | Sweet, Warm, Ooey Gooey Treat | Tastes Just Like The Inside Of A Cinnamon Roll | Niobrara Grain & Milling
When eating a cinnamon roll don't you wish the whole roll tasted like the middle, ooey gooey center? This ENTIRE dish is just that! It's a dish everyone will love! These bite-sized cinnamon rolls melt in your mouth and leave you wanting more!! Taking only an hour to prepare and cook, these warm, gooey rolls are a must-have breakfast treat !

Ingredients :
Dough
- 1 1/2 cups warm water; about 105 F
- 1 Tbsp. active yeast
- 2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3-4 cups Niobrara Grain and Milling Organic Bread Flour
Cinnamon Topping :
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup salted butter melted
Icing:
- 1 Tbsp butter melted
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1-2 Tbsp. whole milk
Directions :
- Combine warm water, sugar, and yeast in a mixing bowl. Let sit 3-5 minutes until yeast starts to create a foam on top.
- Add 3 cups of Niobrara Grain and Milling Organic Bread Flour to the water yeast mixture.
- Add flour to the bowl until the odugh starts to pull away from the sides of the bowl. The dough should stick to your hands.
- Mix on slow to medium speed or knead for 3 minutes.
- Cover and let rest 10 minutes.
- Grease cast iron skillet with butter.
- Divide into 24 pieces and roll into balls.
- Place balls in greased skillet
- Let rise for 20 minutes
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Melt butter and combine sugar and cinnamon.
- Brush half of the melted butter over baked rolls, sprinkle cinnamon and sugar mixture over the butter, then pur the rest of the butter over rolls.
- Combine icing ingredients, drizzle over rolls.
