Our Tropical Jerk Rub incorporates key flavors from the Spice Islands such as cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, ginger, allspice, coriander, cumin, and cardamom blended with the Caribbean Scotch Bonnet pepper for an authentic jerk flavor. The Scotch Bonnet Pepper is not native to the U.S. but is grown in the Caribbean. It is a cousin to the habanero pepper, but has a distinctly different flavor.
