Spice Isle Tropical Heat Seasoning and Rub is perfect as a rub on all meats, poultry, fish and seafood (chicken, ribs, pork, beef, salmon, shrimp, and scallops). As a rub it can be used alone or in tandem with Spice Isle Tropical Tamarind Gourmet Sauce or Tropical Heat Gourmet Sauce. It can also be used as an all-purpose seasoning. As a seasoning, it is wonderful on popcorn, steamed vegetables, hamburgers, steaks, scrambled eggs, as well as in stir frys, baked beans, and chili. For a dip, it can be mixed into plain hummus or sour cream. This seasoning/rub is an extremely versatile product.

In addition, we have included jalapeno paste and habanero pepper to give this sauce a bit more "heat".
