Cinnamon Toffee Monkey Bread Muffins | 4 Ingredients Only | Perfect Breakfast, Dessert, Or Snack!

Who is Sweets by Suzanne?

Sweets by Suzanne, located in Lincoln Nebraska, has a variety of old fashioned options perfect for any sweet craver in your life! From toffee to peanut brittle she has it all! These treats are made by hand, stirred, poured, and spread! They are cut uniquely with you in mind! 

 

What You'll Need For Monkey Bread:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line 6 muffin cups with cupcake liners. Set aside.
  2. Pour bread mix into a large mixing bowl. Add yeast packet, 1 cup warm water, and 2 Tbsp butter or margarine. Mix 
  3. Cover and let rise for 45 minutes or until doubled in size
  4. While dough is rising, in a medium saucepan on low heat, melt 1 cup (8 Tbsp or 1 stick) butter. Stir in cinnamon mixture until smooth. Remove from heat 
  5. Take dough out and punch it down. Cut dough in one inch chunks 
  6. Drop one chunk at a time into the butter cinnamon mixture. Thoroughly coat dough pieces, then drop 4-5 chunks into each muffin cup. 
  7. Let rise in a warm, draft-free spot for 15-20 minutes. 
  8. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes, then take out of oven
  9. Drizzle melted butter, brown sugar, and Sweets by Suzanne Mixed Nut Toffee pieces on top of halfway cooked muffins

       10. Return back to oven and cook for another 15 minutes or until golden brown

       11. Serve warm...and enjoy the gooey, sweet treat:)
