These seasonings were developed with a local spice company to bring together a great blend of spices with their own secret ingredient to give it something special. It is designed to bring out the natural flavor of the beef and accentuate the flavor rather than cover it up.

Signature Steak Seasoning: This seasoning is good on steaks, as well as pork, chicken and eggs. It has also been said to make a great Bloody Mary seasoning.
Universal (Lower Sodium) Steak Seasoning: The “Signature” flavor profile but modified to be much more easily used in and on a variety of dishes. (It’s ground much finer than our original Signature Seasoning)
We made Signature Universal easier to use and we ground it fine so it blends into sauces, drinks more easily. It’s also spectacular on French fries and hash browns. We also lowered the overall sodium level in the process.
SPG (Salt, Pepper, Garlic) Seasoning: SPG stands for “Salt, Pepper, Garlic” …..but….it’s not quite that simple. Different varieties of each ingredient are blended together perfectly to create a flavor experience that will leave you craving the next bite.
Horseradish Prime Rib Rub: This flavor goes with steak like peas go with carrots. It’s a classic. It is designed to add an accent to the flavor of a steak, it’s not overpowering. It’s particularly well suited for Ribeyes and Prime Rib, but it’s great on lots of other steaks too.
BBQ Dry Rub: As the name implies, this is classic BBQ flavor. A little sweet…a little smoke and just the right blend of pepper and mustard. Not too spicy, not too sweet and just enough smoke to keep things interesting. It’s classic BBQ flavor that everyone from the kids to the pit master will enjoy.
