We roast and grind Arabica coffee beans fresh when we package Nature's Coffee Kettle to provide the freshest real coffee possible, this is not instant, freeze-dried or dehydrated. the bag is designed to pack light. It takes up very little room and weighs less than 2 oz. Real coffee is brewed in the bag, and the bag is re-usable with our NCK Refill Packs which means less weight, cost and waste. Heat 32 oz. of water. Tear along the top of the bag to expose the coffee filter and grounds. Remove spout cap. Pour 8 oz. of hot water over grounds and let sit for 1 minute. Slowly pour the remaining 24 oz. of water over the coffee grounds and bag will expand and stand on its own. Secure spout cap and seal zip lock at top of bag. Let bag steep for 3 - 5 minutes. If first cup of coffee is too light, pour it back over the grounds in the top of the bag, seal and let sit a couple more minutes.
