Hardy Coffee Co. actually started as a tiny bakery. When they were able to purchase the coffee shop that they were initially leasing kitchen space from in 2012, they tried just about every brand of chai on the market but (no offense) were just never completely happy with them. Eventually, they threw their hands up (in the typical entrepreneurial fashion) and said, “We’ll just make it ourselves.”

And so they did. 

And it’s delicious. 

Not too sweet and spicy enough to cut through whatever milk you pair it with.

They’ve decided to take their chai game to the next level by collaborating with their friends and industry experts at Hugo Tea. Each box makes 24, 12oz. lattes.

Autumn and Luke moved back to their hometown of Omaha in 2010 to open a small bakery, eventually buying out the coffee shop they were leasing their commercial kitchen from. They began roasting their own coffee in 2015 and now have three locations. To them, specialty coffee (and all that goes with it) isn’t so much about indulgence, but ritual–having places and moments and things in life that add value and create rhythm.
