We are changing the way people see and eat biscotti!
At Black Bottom Biscotti we make our biscotti to be full of flavor, nuts, dried fruits and other goodies using kitchen ingredients, like Grandma would have used. We then bake our biscotti to be Undippably Edible. Which means it's crisp, not rock hard and dry. So you choose whether to dip or not to dip.
We bottom dip our biscotti by hand in decadent dark or white chocolate before individually packaging them in biodegradable cello bags for freshness, giving them a 60 day shelf life.
Our biscotti should be kept in a cool dry place to avoid melting and softening of the biscotti and chocolate.
For shipping purposes, your biscotti will come double boxed to insure it does not arrive smashed or broken in to many pieces.
We use Nature Flex™ cellophane bags which are biodegradable cellophane bags made from wood cellulose fibers sourced with sustainable forestry principles, certified biodegradable, compostable and made carbon zero.
Each bag meets ASTM D6400, EN13432 standards for CA and other states, complies with FDA regulations for food packaging and is heat sealable with high oxygen barrier properties.

Since 2012 our goal has been to break new ground in the biscotti industry by coming up with new flavor combinations of this Italian cookie while respecting the traditional flavors people already enjoy.
Some of our ingenious flavors include Cherry Rosemary, which people finds surprisingly yummy, Salted Cinnamel-a combo of satled caramel and cinnamon chips, Strawberry Cream and Cookies & Cream where we add Oreos to the mix. Currently our Almond and Salted Cinnamel are neck in neck as our best sellers.
We often support local businesses with donations of our biscotti for fund raisers and during the pandemic have donated biscotti to nurses, teachers and police officers.
All of our biscotti from start to finish are made in our bakery with helping hands.
