Miss Adams, Country Teacher: Memories From a One-Room School is a book written about the life of Miss Adams and teaching in a one room school house. Miss Adams not only taught anywhere from 6 to 36 kids at a time she also doubled as a janitor, social worker and community leader. During the balance of her 28 year teaching career she also taught in Germany to the armed forces.
