Our small family farm that was started in 1906 by 2 Weidner brothers from Eastern Nebraska. Over the years, as the farm grew, so did concern about farming in a manner that produced healthful grains for people and left the soil nourished and healthy as well. To that end, we don’t use herbicides, fungicides, or pesticides on our wheat. We sell USDA certified organic wheat, and an heirloom variety of wheat called Turkey Red. Both are hard, red winter wheats.
