The other best way to use marshmallows is of course in homemade rice crispy treats. The crunch mixed with the gooey marshmallow taste makes a great snack or dessert.

Cinnamon Crispy Rice Treats

Ingredients:

• 5 bags cinnamon marshmallows
• 1/2 cup melted butter
• 6 cups crispy rice cereal
• 1/2 cup cinnamon red hots candies

Instructions: Melt marshmallows and butter over medium to low heat stirring constantly till melted. Take off heat and add crispy rice cereal and 1/2 cup red hots candies. Pour into well greased pan and cut into squares when cooled.

 Cotton Candy Crispy Rice Treats

Ingredients:

• 5 bags cotton candy marshmallows
• 1/2 cup melted butter
• 6 cups crispy rice cereal

Instructions: Melt together marshmallows and butter over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in cereal. Pour into buttered pan. Cut when cooled and enjoy.
